1. Reservation of title
All goods remain our property until payment in full has been received. In case any third parties - especially bailiffs - are trying to access any goods that are our property, the buyer has to inform those third parties about these circumstances as well as us.
2. VAT and shipping costs; Forms of payment
Our prices include the current german VAT of 19% / 7%.
1-5 kgs: £ 22.00 / 23,00 Euros
5-10 kgs: £ 27.00 / 28,00 Euros
11-20 kgs: £ 37.00 / 38,00 Euros
21-30 kgs: £ 48.00 / 50,00 Euros
31-35 kgs: £ 70.00 / 73,00 Euros
36-40 kgs: £ 75.00 / 78,00 Euros
41-50 kgs: £ 84.00 / 88,00 Euros
We accept PayPal only. Unfortunalety, we cannot accept cash on delivery or sales on commission.
In the case that between the confirmation of order and the agreed and/or actual delivery six months or longer pass, our prices at the time of delivery will apply. If these prices exceed 110% of the original order price, the customer will be allowed to cancel the order.
You will get a 5% discount (available after your registration and your first order only, can´t be combined with other discounts and special prices in the category "Offer of the hour").
3. Conditions of delivery
Goods in stock will be shipped within ten working days. If we do not have the items you ordered in stock, delivery can be delayed by up to one month.
In case we cannot provide any item you ordered due to problems with our suppliers, we reserve the right of cancellation of the contract. In this case we will notify you immediately about the non-availability and will reimburse any payments if applicable.
Please notify the parcel service and us immediately about broken or damaged parcels.
4. Offers
All items displayed on images can vary slightly from the image. All offers are subject to change until the contract has been accepted.
5. Shipping to customers under the age of eighteen
We will not sell any alcoholic goods to customers under the age of eighteen. Placing any order, the customer confirms that he/she is eighteen years old or older. whiskyundspirituosen.de reserves the right to request confirmation of age. Any obligation to proceed with payment is not touched by this.
6. Place of fulfilment and court of jurisdiction for commercial customers
Place of fulfilment and court of jurisdiction for any transaction shall be Hamburg unless the customer is acting as an individual.
7.
All contracts concluded with whiskyundspirituosen.de shall be governed by the Law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the provisions on the conflict of laws.
